abcde package dependencies are missing "icedax" for reading CD-TEXT

Bug Description

If abcde does not find a CDDB entry for your CD, it tries to read the CD-TEXT entries of your CD: https://code.google.com/p/abcde/issues/detail?id=41. For reading the CD-TEXT entries, abcde tries to call "icedax". If "icedax" is not available, the user has to enter all track titles manually.

That's why I think that the "abcde" package should recommend or at least suggest the "icedax" package.

I'm sorry, I have made a mistake: This bug report is wrong. The package dependencies _do_ include "icedax". Please close the bug!

Unless I'm mistaken, `icedax` is only enforced as a dependency if `cdparanoia` is not met, and it's not a suggest package. The linked patch silently fails to get the CD-Text if these are not present. It's perfectly possible to have `abcde` installed and be completely unaware of this feature.

I'm on 14.04 by the way.

I clearly didn't proofread that properly.

"suggest" -> "suggested" and "these are not present" refers to either `cdda2wav` or `icedax` which this feature depends on.
