improper rc.d priority

Bug Description
915resolution is installed with a rc priority of 20. The problem is that to work, it has to be "started" before gdm with is 13. Setting it an priority of 12 makes it work. I have the 1280x800 on my thinkpad Z60t

this patch address the problem by setting the rc.d priority during configure.
