Bug Description

Both Chrome and Firefox on Mac OS X do not show the webinterface of 389-dsgw properly.
In Chrome the buttons are still clickable, in Firefox they are not.
I am running version 1.1.9-1 of 389-dsgw

lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 12.10
Release: 12.10

Expectation: see a weblayout like depicted here:
http://directory.fedoraproject.org/wiki/DSGW

Instead I got a weird layout with non-clickable.

Workaround is to edit the files : search.html, newentry.html , csearch.html adust the line with : <FRAMESET ROWS="130 to <FRAMESET ROWS="160.
