0ad does not show 'Turtle' when selected

To reproduce:
Start the game
Single player -> Matches
More options -> Game speed -> Turtle
Start
(note that the game is playing at turtle speed)
Top right menu -> Game speed
(note that the game speed is shown as (Normal 1x)

What i expect to happen

The game speed should show the correct speed of the game all the time, not only after you change it once.
