Is this an Apache2 installation from the repositories?

I wonder, because "/usr/local/apache2/conf/httpd.conf" is the default location for the configuration file from the developers of Apache, but distributions override the path and place httpd.conf under "/etc", to comply with the FileSystem Hierarchy Standard.

Other than that, it looks like the package "php5-mysql" might be missing from your installation.
