I have a K8M890 based motherboard and Feisty is not picking up the integrated onboard graphics (Via Chrome9), but defaulting back to the VESA driver for X.
It should be supported by the OpenChrome driver.
The pci map is reporting an unknown device hanging off the PCI bridge (ID 0x3230)
If there is somewhere else I should report a failure of hardware detection, I would appreciate a steer. |
I have a K8M890 based motherboard and Feisty is not picking up the integrated onboard graphics (Via Chrome9), but defaulting back to the VESA driver for X.
It should be supported by the standard VIA open source driver for this chipset.
The pci map in 'Hardware Information' is reporting an unknown device hanging off the PCI bridge (ID 0x3230)
lspci finds the device if you update the pci-ids.
If there is somewhere else I should report a failure of hardware detection, I would appreciate a steer.
