.PDF should be default when using Print-To-File

Bug Description
Every time I Print-To-File I have to change the default .PS (Postscript) setting to .pdf. This is annoying. People don't use Postscript as much as PDF, so .PS should not be the default.
A setting should be created that allows users to set .PDF as the default when using Print-To-File. Or the default should just be changed to .PDF instead of.PS.
