Vibhav, did you notice the package I uploaded to REVU a while ago at http://revu.ubuntuwire.com/p/unity-lens-bliss ? I think your version has a lot of unneeded dependencies. My work on the package basically stalled because I tried to port the upstream source from autotools to distutils -- see https://code.launchpad.net/~ockham-razor/unity-lens-bliss/distutils -- which unfortunately was never reviewed.
