I cannot install google chrome on ubuntu 11.10

Bug Description

The release of Ubuntu you are using

Description: Ubuntu 11.10 (64 bits)
Release: 11.10

The version of the package you are using

google chrome 14.0.835.202

What you expected to happen

the browser is installed and running smoothly

What happened instead

when you download google chrome, it gives an error in the temporary files when trying to install google chrome on Ubuntu 11.10, however with this error does not happen chromium, chromium is installed without problems
