It was actually a theory and had not yet been written, but it should still be
pretty easy to do. It'll need support in the way of a CGI script on the
Bugzilla end, too. I still have a local copy of the Bugzilla code that's live
on bugzilla.ubuntu.com here so I'll see if I can cobble up both tomorrow.
