I can easily do the sendmail hack thing to make it do HTTP ... the changes to
bug-buddy to do that basically amount to including an extra file in the
.diff.gz, and changing a string to point at the new file instead of
/usr/sbin/sendmail. Making bug-buddy do the http directly would involve a lot
of C code that I know very little about and wouldn't feel comfortable messing with.
