(b) doesn't seem solvable for Warty. Users should be able to submit bugs
without having a properly configured Unix mail setup; this is decidedly non-trivial.
The sendmail hack doesn't sound entirely awful, but it would be nicer if
bug-buddy did the http submit itself. That seems quite reasonable to me, as doe
s requiring network access to report a bug.
