quickly edit does not open bin/project_name file for older projects

Steps to reproduce:
 1. bzr branch lp:~quickly-committers/quickly/projects-10.10
 2. cd projects-10.10/ubuntu-application
 3. quickly edit
 4. You'll notice that bin/ubuntu-application should be opened but isn't

Upstream has a fix landing shortly: lp:~mterry/quickly/open-bin-project-name

A debdiff fixing this for natty is in the attached file "quickly.debdiff". This has been uploaded to natty-proposed.
