[FFe] [needs-packaging] python-ethtool

python-ethtool, Python-bindings for the ethtool kernel interface is required for Ubuntu Orchestra, our installation and provisioning service [1].

More specifically python-ethtool is required by the koan binary package, which belongs to the cobbler source package.
