Ubuntu 11.04 alph2 won't boot in VirtualBox

Bug Description

I am using VirtualBox 4.0. I booted the latest 11.04 Alpha2 (20110202). It stalled during bootup. Here are the error messages received.

I can't run apport because it hangs while it is booting up. Here is the last line of this bootup:

It seems to hang when Unity loads... maybe it is the video driver causing it to all hang. Sorry that I can't get any more info!

Can only boot Alpha 3 in failsafeX mode as of today under VirtualBox 4.0.4

I am running VirtualBox on 64bit 10.10
