Bug Description
Currently setup:
- ws 1 with applicationA maximized and menuA exported in appmenu
- ws 2 with applicationB maximized and menuB exported in appmenu
- ws 3 with applicationC maximized and menuC exported in appmenu
First test:
put the mouse wherever on the desktop except on the unity panel. Then, do not touch the mouse at all
1. ws1 as current ws, applicationA focused -> seeing titleA: OK
2. ctrl + alt + -> to switch ws
3. ws2 as current ws, applicationB automatically focused -> seeing titleB: OK
4. ctrl + alt + -> to switch ws
5. ws3 as current ws, applicationC automatically focused -> seeing titleC: OK
All sounds ok, now for the failing test, put the mouse on the application title to reveal the appmenu and then, do not move it!
1. ws1 as current ws, applicationA focused -> seeing appmenuA: OK
2. ctrl + alt + -> to switch to ws2
3. ws2 as current ws, applicationB automatically focused -> seeing appmenuA: KO
4. ctrl + alt + -> to switch to ws3
5. ws3 as current ws, applicationC automatically focused -> seeing appmenuB: KO
6. ctrl + alt + <- to switch back to ws2
7. ws2 as current ws, applicationB automatically focused -> seeing appmenuC: KO
So, basically, it seems that appmenu <focused window -1> is shown. I do not subcribe bamf to it as the title is though good (and moving the mouse off the panel, seeing the correct title and putting it back show then the correct appmenu.

This also seems to happen if the mouse is hovering over the menu bar when alt+tabbing applications.
