Windows autorun program (start.exe) has wrong title

Bug Description

When you insert the Edgy desktop cd in a computer running Microsoft Windows the program start.exe (or bin/start2.exe) automaticly starts. This program has "Ubuntu 6.06" as title, instead of "Ubuntu 6.10".
