[needs-packaging] pandora-combine

The source package pandora is at 0.7.1 in Ubuntu, which was the last C-based version to be developed of pandora. The newer versions are called pandora-combine and are simply .scm files, so they need new packaging. When this is packaged, it should conflict/replace pandora, and that package should be removed from Ubuntu.

actually the biggest problem about that is that pandora is no longer a plugin but a scm script for gimp. Package has to be redone from scratch.

It doesn't look like pandora-combine has been packaged, nor has pandora been removed from the repositories. Reverting to Triaged.
