Even though this package doesn't exists in Ubuntu repositories. It seems that upstream already offert a Ubuntu package:
On an Ubuntu system, follow these steps:
* go to System- >Administration ->Software Sources party-Software' apt.ticc. uvt.nl lenny main contrib non-free' apt.ticc. uvt.nl lenny main contrib non-free' apt.ticc. uvt.nl/ public. key.
* go to tab 'Third-
* click 'Add'
* enter 'deb http://
* optionally, enter 'deb-src http://
* the key with which TiMBL is signed can be set under the 'Authentication' tab; first download and then import http://
