Bug Description

Binary package hint: koffice

Using (on i386):

    kplato | 1:2.2.1-0ubuntu1~lucid1 | lucid-backports/universe | amd64, i386
    kplato | 1:2.2.1-0ubuntu2 | maverick | amd64, i386

Both lack the ability to create a new file, which makes it rather difficult to start using the package. It's present in the upstream screen shots:

== Regression details ==
Discovered in version: 1:2.2.1-0ubuntu2 / 1:2.2.1-0ubuntu1~lucid1
Last known good version: 1:2.1.2-0ubuntu1
