Bug Description
system:Ubuntu 10.04 hardware: HP Pavilion dv5 1160ew
On battery power mode Ubuntu keeps spining down hdd, even when option in power management preferences is switched off.
According to smartctl 3-4 spin off every 5 minutes.

i don't have an HP. But since natty one hdd gets spinned up and down in random timing. Not only that - the system hangs in most cases. Only the cursor is movable - everything else is dead.
