Bug Description

ORFEOToolBox is a software library developed by CNES (centre national d'étude spatiale)
ORFEOToolBox is implemented in C++ and is mainly based on ITK3 (Insight Toolkit).
ORFEOToolBox can be downloaded without cost from the following web site: http://www.orfeo-toolbox.org/

ORFEOToolBox is a software library for development of applications for submetric optic, radar image(tridimentional aspect, change detection, texture analysis, pattern matching, optic radar complementarities). it's created for image processing
ORFEO ToolBox promote the use and the exploitation of image derived from these sensors

ORFEOToolBox is distributed under the CeCILL Licence (http://www.cecill.info/licences/Licence_CeCILL_V2-en.html)
