Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

The kdebase-workspace systemsettings module was substantially redesigned for KDE 4.5. The advanced tab (where userconfig used to live) is no longer and userconfig is not available in systemsettings.

It is installed and works, it just isn't accessible through systemsettings.

We'll still want to get this out of Lost and Found for 10.10. Should be a trivial patch to the .desktop file.
