Bug Description
When I press Fn+Up/Down the screen brightness is not adjusted, only the following messages are logged to /var/log/messages:
[ 61.569911] atkbd.c: Unknown key pressed (translated set 2, code 0xba on isa0060/serio0).
[ 61.569921] atkbd.c: Use 'setkeycodes e03a <keycode>' to make it known.
[ 61.729573] atkbd.c: Unknown key released (translated set 2, code 0xba on isa0060/serio0).
[ 61.729584] atkbd.c: Use 'setkeycodes e03a <keycode>' to make it known.
[ 61.916429] atkbd.c: Unknown key pressed (translated set 2, code 0xba on isa0060/serio0).
[ 61.916439] atkbd.c: Use 'setkeycodes e03a <keycode>' to make it known.
[ 62.081314] atkbd.c: Unknown key released (translated set 2, code 0xba on isa0060/serio0).
[ 62.081324] atkbd.c: Use 'setkeycodes e03a <keycode>' to make it known.
With Jolicloud robby (Kernel 2.6.32.9.1) I can control the brightness without a problem.
Its possible to control the brightness with "setpci -s 00:02.0 ...", but thats not very satisfying :-)
