lucid resumes on a different VT then the one X11 is on

Bug Description

Sorry i dont know what package this is in.
Lucid doesn't resume to the tty that the X session is on, forcing user to manually switch to it. Leaves newbies with blinking cursor.

this is effecting me with a fully updated lucid.

summary: - lucid resumes to tty7 on resume even if X session is on tty8

No, it actually ceased happening to me on lucid after a reinstall. Think it was a quick from the upgrade from karmic to lucid.
