Bug Description

This is the prelease alpha 3 version of lucid lynx.

Suspend is working.
Hibernate seems to almost work, the hard drive starts working, the screen is blank (but the backlit is still on), then the screen backlit goes off and immediately the system resume after hibernate as if I pressed the power button.

I'm using a toshiba satellite pro U400 laptop.

This is my first testing with Lucid Lynx so I'm not sure if it worked before. Also, I haven't tried this with Koala so I cannot say if it worked on previous ubuntu versions.

Hi there

apport errored out. I'm not sure if it attached anything.

Latest status:
- After running the update manager, the system now hangs when trying to hibernate. I think it successfully disables the network and the screen goes blank. But the backlit never switches off and the machine doesn't sleep. This time however, it doesn't even wake up. When I switch it off and on then, the network is still disabled.
