[needs-packaging] RestrictedPython

To get SchoolTool into Ubuntu, we need many Zope dependencies.

RestrictedPython is a dependency of zope.security [untrustedpython] and in turn, of zope.browsermenu and zope.ptresource

This package may have security concerns, see https://mail.zope.org/pipermail/zope-dev/2008-July/032489.html
but version 3.5.1 includes support for python 2.6, so that should not be a problem

This package was made a few years ago for SchoolTool PPA https://launchpad.net/~schooltool-owners/+archive/ppa/
