[Needs-Packaging] OpenFWWF Firmware

OpenFWWF is open firmware for some Broadcom wireless cards. It is a free (as in speech) alternative to the proprietary drivers that are currently available. The Broadcom cards are pretty common, so this free alternative would be very welcomed in the Ubuntu community.
