mass removal of old and unpopular packages

Hi,

The following packages:
- are in universe or multiverse
- are not in Debian unstable
- have not been updated in Ubuntu since Ubuntu hardy (=> same version in hardy and lucid)
- are installed on less than 0.1% of Ubuntu systems, according to popcon (=> popcon < 1400 installations)
- don't have any reverse dependencies

Also, the list was discussed on ubuntu-motu@, and I've removed from the list the packages that are still under discussion.

Could you please remove those source packages from lucid ?

oops, please do not remove sword-*, I'd like to investigate their status a bit more. There's apparently an ubuntu derivative distro that might rely on them.
