Mouse Configuration doesn' works and Totem fullscreen too. (ubuntu 64 bits)

Bug Description

When I select System, Preferences, Mouse, and select Left Handed, it doesn't works, it keeps right handed, doesn't changes. And with totem when select full-screen in wide-screen mode, it doesn't covers the top panel. I must click on the video, so now is totally full-screen.
