Bug Description

When opening some Apps (ex. Firefox) you can move the mouse, but neither a left- nor a right-click can be done. So you totally have to navigate and click with Tab/space/enter...
Selecting Icons on the Desktop is no problem, but I cannot open one with a double-click.
I got this problem with nearly every ubuntu application.
In this case, the Task- & status-bars on top/bottom don't react and don't disappear and if they disappeared once, i cannot get them back. Just after closing the running App...

When starting up Ubuntu the mouse seems doing a right-click where the mouse is at that moment. After that no right-click is possible.

Trying to update Ubuntu, the Update-manager is aborting process, because "Malware could run on my instance" (free translation).

Update: I reinstalled Ubuntu, but now with the netbook-remix. No changes.
But i found out about a important detail: This Bug appears only in battery-mode. When I boot the netbook, connected to power supply, everything works properly. If I disconnect from power, after some time the mouse starts to make trouble again.
I don't know if this is a issue about the Power-App or a Hardware-issue.

Peitsche, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ .

If it remains an issue, could you please run the following command in the development release from a Terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal), as it will automatically gather and attach updated debug information to this report:

apport-collect -p xorg REPLACE-WITH-BUG-NUMBER

Please note, given that the information from the prior release is already available, doing this on a release prior to the development one would not be helpful.

Thank you for your understanding.
