Food Force 2, based on Food Force, is being developed as free software under the terms of version 3 of the GNU General Public License. It is cross-platform as it is written in the Python programming language, and runs on platforms including the One Laptop Per Child XO and the Sugar desktop environment.[1] Food Force 2 is currently in beta, and available for download on Linux and Windows platforms.

Notes: Currently the stable beta version is availalble for download from the site. The development for the next release is going at full speed which is going to happen in the mid of next month.
