Bug Description
I am using latest Karmic Koala. The bug i am reporting is annoying me since Gutsy, when I started to use Gnome and later Xfce.
When I set keyboard Repeat delay and Repeat speed, they are correctly applied. Unfortunately after I put my laptop to sleep and wake it up again, the keyboard settings are not applied, although I see correct settings in the Keyboard preferences. I must again to move the sliders at least 1px so the settings get applied.
The similar problem is with keyboard layout settings. I use primarily US keyboard layout, but sometimes need to use SK. Unfortunately the SK layout gets often lost. Maybe again with suspend/resume operation. I must allways add it manually again in the Keyboard Layouts dialog box. There are also some strange freeze delays, cca 5 seconds, when doing this.
Other similar problem is only in the Gnome - when I set keyboard layout to be global for the whole workspace, it often changes when switching the windows.
