Bug Description
Felo ratings are for sportsmen what the ELO ratings are for chess players. Felo was designed with sport fencers in mind but it can be used for many other sports as well. Felo calculates the Felo numbers for a given set of fencers and bouts.
It can be used as a Python module, or as a wxWidgets-based desktop application.
