[needs-packaging] WMIface

Notes: WMIface is a command line tool to interact with NETWM compatible window managers. So you can write scripts for interacting with windows.
(Oh btw: it has a Qt dependency and uses cmake. So maybe Kubuntu devs should package this app ;-))
