Bug Description

libsyntax-ruby (gem name 'syntax') is a Ruby library for performing syntax highlighting. It is used in Chef, which we will also be requesting for packaging.

URL: http://syntax.rubyforge.com
License: Freely distributable per LICENSE in source.
Notes: I have packaged this on a local debian 5 system and am following the NewPackages process to get it into Ubuntu for Karmic Koala. Source tar.gz is available from RubyForge.

The package was uploaded to Debian NEW earlier today, and I uploaded to REVU earlier, since it won't be in Debian APT repository until it is approved.

No longer a requirement for Chef, use libcoderay-ruby instead as libsyntax-ruby is no longer maintained upstream.
