dapper-server LAMP doesn't install MySql or PHP

Bug Description

from a dapper server LAMP install:

root@dhcp36:/tmp# dpkg -s apache2
Package: apache2
Status: install ok installed
(good)

root@dhcp36:~# dpkg -s mysql-server
Package `mysql-server' is not installed and no info is available.
Use dpkg --info (= dpkg-deb --info) to examine archive files,
and dpkg --contents (= dpkg-deb --contents) to list their contents.
root@dhcp36:~# dpkg -s mysql4-server
Package `mysql4-server' is not installed and no info is available.
Use dpkg --info (= dpkg-deb --info) to examine archive files,
and dpkg --contents (= dpkg-deb --contents) to list their contents.
root@dhcp36:~# dpkg -s mysql5-server
Package `mysql5-server' is not installed and no info is available.
Use dpkg --info (= dpkg-deb --info) to examine archive files,
and dpkg --contents (= dpkg-deb --contents) to list their contents.

root@dhcp36:/etc# dpkg -s php4
Package `php4' is not installed and no info is available.
Use dpkg --info (= dpkg-deb --info) to examine archive files,
and dpkg --contents (= dpkg-deb --contents) to list their contents.
root@dhcp36:/etc# dpkg -s php5
Package `php5' is not installed and no info is available.

What version of dapper - Beta one or Beta two?, and when i tried your link [1] it was broken.

anything under /temp gets deleted after 2 weeks of no access.

The LAMP install correctly installs all the right packages now, in the current ubuntu-server daily images (I've just spent the day testing this theory)
