Bug Description

Kubuntu 9.10

Keyboard hotkeys are not working: keys for playing control (volume, play/pause), keys for screen brightness, key for suspend to RAM, print screen/print window.
This is a regression comparing to 9.04.

My hardware is Acer aspire 2920Z.

The most important focus is in the brightness keys.
I only can pass from full brightness to lowest brightness, and invert, from lower to full and to pass from one to other I have to press ten times the respective brightness key.

Except for sleep key (suspend to RAM), the rest are working now in Maverick.
