MediaCoder video/audio converter/transcoder. works with pretty much every format,
including flash(swf). uses an annoying web front-end interface that you can ignore
(except during setup) - you simply click on its System Tray icon in the lower-right hand
corner of the screen. requires linux with WINE and (I think) a javascript-enabled browser (firefox).
