Bug Description

"_Budiž" item, Czech translate of "OK" item, should be replaced by "_OK" item.

Rationale:
1. According to Dictionary of Standard Czech [1] and statement of Martin Prošek from Language advisory centre of the Czech Language Institute of the ASCR (Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic) [2] a word "budiž" item belongs to belles lettres, but it does not not belongs to standard language, much less to area of software. Martin Prošek does not consider using a "OK" variant as objectionable.
2. Gnome language packs from all neighbouring countries to Czech republic are using a "OK" variant, as well in kde czech language pack, in czech language packs of Mozilla's and OpenOffice products, in czech versions of all Microsoft sofware (used by above 95 % czech computer users) and so on. "OK" variant is used also in effect in almost all czech versions of mobile phones, PDA and other popular and widely employed devices. So czech people underestands of "OK" meaning without problem and accepts it in everyday life in many various areas, and it is important and also logical to maintain this consistence in czech gnome localization to fit users habits and needs.
3. According to several online polls [4] and discussions of czech gnome users majority of them want to change "_Budiž" to "_OK".
4. Similar to [5]

Conclusion:
There are many good reasons to replace "_Budiž" item by "_OK" item, against most probably no good reason why do not change it.

[2] ... Z uvedených ekvivalentů a jejich stylových charakteristik je zřejmé, že "budiž" náleží opravdu spíše do beletristického textu než do počítačové aplikace.
[3] ... Tlačítko "OK" je dnes už v elektronických aplikacích natolik zažité, že bych jeho ponechání nepovažoval za závadné.

[5] "Ubuntu is a distribution not just the GNOME Desktop and thus, sometimes we will want to improve the translations diverging from upstream to pick a common term across all applications: an easy example would be the translation of 'File' in Spanish, GNOME translates it as 'Archivo' but KDE translates it as 'Fichero' that's bad and confuses the users. Our plans in the future is that we would fix things like those with upstream trying to reach a common translation, if it's not possible we will modify those strings." Carlos Perelló Marín
