does not stop on exit

When mobloquer is closed while running, certain services will continue to be blocked.

For example, if mobloquer is started and then exited without first pressing stop, services such as email and instant messaging may be blocked.

Launchpad would not allow me to attach this bug report to the Mobloquer package for some reason.
