Bug Description

Configuration:
  Description: Ubuntu 9.04
  Release: 9.04

Fresh install 9.04, x86_64, proprietary nvidia driver

I have two monitors configured as separate X screen. I don't use Xinerama or TwinView. On primary monitor I can launch application from gnome-panel and application window starts on primary monitor. But when I start any application from gnome-panel on the second monitor, application window does'nt start on second monitor as expected, but in starts on primary monitor (screen).

I tried to use both nvidia version of xserver driver but without success. I tried to use xorg.conf from 8.04 (the same HW) also, but withnout any change.

This goes well on 8.04 version.
