Bug Description

Foldit is a science game, but more like a puzzle game, where you fold a protein by using the tools provided. The project aims to help contribute towards developing cures for world diseases.

The tarball is a binary release.
There's no source, and no license info.

In the bug tracker (http://fold.it/portal/node/712386), one of the project admins stated this:
"The game currently does not need any sort of licence merely to use, i.e. you are free to play and redistribute the executable. The source code is not currently under distribution so it does not have a public licence as such."

While the game looks very cool, and helps advance science, unless they release the source under a FLOSS licence, I can't see this getting into Ubuntu.

Should this be marked Confirmed, as it doesn't exist in the repos? I would do this, but you're not meant to confirm your own bugs :D

The issue is that this software is not open source. Hence it cannot be part of the universe repository, but if only of the multiverse repository, since all software in universe requires an appropriate software license and open source code.
