psyco not installed in Ubuntu 9.04 update

Error was reported about psyco not being installed in Ubuntu 9.04 when updating from 8.10 update.

I had installed psyco last week when computer was running Ubuntu 8.10.

I was following the steps to set up a build environment.

"You will also get a message from bitbake suggesting that you install the psyco JIT compiler for better performance. It isn't necessary to install psyco right now, though it is a good idea to install it at some point."
