Bug Description

Hi team,

I am using the mini.iso (from the netboot directory) to install command line only ubuntu. The problem is that when it installs it doesn't add the main user to the sudo list. It says "user is not in the sudoer's list. This will be reported." This is using the Ubuntu 9.04 mini.iso file.

Thanks for you work,
Will

I didn't see/choose that option to install. I installed using a burned CD of the mini.iso and installed using the default options (except that I manually set the installer to format my drive as bootable mounted as "/").

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.
