Bug Description

I'm experience a really annoying bug. I think it is related to xorg.

I'm running a dual monitor setup on jaunty with a KDE4. When I am using Eclipse, the mouse sometimes get stuck in the editor window and keep blinking at a high frequency. I cannot do anything else in Eclipse but the other applications still respond. After a random amount of time (can be in minutes), the problem stops and I can use Eclipse again. The bug seems to appear randomly and I am not sure it affects other applications.

I have also noticed the xorg process and eclipse is taking almost all my CPU time (about 74% for xorg) until the problem disappears.

I was not affected by this bug on Gnome. It looks like another bug about lost keyboard events with usb devices which also affects me (related to kernel)

Configuration :
Kubuntu Jaunty final
Shuttle XPCSG31
Core2Duo
Nvidia 6200
Dual screen with Nvidia drivers 180
Apple slim alu keyboard
Logitech MX1000.
Eclipse 3.4 Ganymede
