System halted

I use Acer Aspire M 1641 and Ubuntu 9.04

I run with acpi=off ( without acpi=off, mouse and keyboard are not working)

But i have a prolem when i shutdown the computer. there is an error: 1232.104655 System Halted

My computer is not completely shutdown. I have to press the power button to completely shut it down

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. 3. Please run the command "sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log" and attach the resulting file "lspci-vvnn.log" to this bug report.

I FINALLY SOLVED THIS PROBLEM WITH "apm power_off=1"

HOwever i have another problem in here, would you please help me with this :
