Mouse wheel on Targus AMU18US mouse (USB) non-functional

Bug Description
The mouse wheel does not scroll, and the mouse wheel clicks do nothing on the model #AMU18US mouse by Targus. It's a simple USB mouse. I am using UNR 9.04. This mouse is a cheap piece of junk that I'm going to throw away but it's important because it's the "free" mouse that comes with the Targus netbook carrying case, which is the carrying case I was recommended by Best Buy personnel. (Not that that means anything in terms of advice but there's probably a large percentage of netbook customers that might end up with this mouse because of the shear size of the Best Buy market.

I tried the mouse on a Vista system and the mouse wheel also did not work there. So it's likely I just got a bad mouse. Closing as invalid.
