Live CD wont start with Athlon64 3000 and 9.04 x86_64

Bug Description

I got kernel panic on Athlon64 3000+
I cant start livecd or installation or memtest..

I made a photo from screen.. please take a look.. maybe its a problem with powernow

- Problem solved with disabling Cool'n Quiet function in BIOS.
