Bug Description

Everytime I change something in the system settings or K-menu, the loading bar telling me that the system settings are renewed (sorry for the bad translation, I use the Dutch version) gets to 90% and then jumps back to 5%. This happens again every time the bar reaches 90%. Every time it jumps back to 5%, the recovering to 90% takes a bit longer, ending up getting stuck. I don't know to what package this should be reported.

I'm using Kubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope.

Yes, this still happens. I tried to change language and I tried to add a new entry to the Kickoff, and in both instances the same bug occured. If I leave the window for a long while and choose to cancel, some of the settings are changed. However, I cannot say if all of them are; I don't know if the translation of the latest KDE release is already completed.
